Overnight lodging is NOT offered for this event.

MILEAGE ALLOWANCE: Is provided round trip (1 per car)

MEALS: Snacks and lunch will be provided. Our caterer will do their best to make accommodations; if you have very specific dietary restrictions, please plan to bring snacks.

This venue is an Alcohol-Free and Non-Smoking facility.

All food is to be consumed within the banquet hall or other designated spaces.

We ask that you do not litter in the parking lot or leave food in restrooms.
